My wife and I are starting a Disney Blue-ray collection for my son who will be born next month. What movies do you consider must get? So far I have bought The Aristocats, Mary Poppins, Lady and the Tramp, The Rescuers, Dumbo, Finding Nemo, Sword and the Stone,The Little Mermaid, and Pinochio.

Get in on some Studio Ghibli. Bought My Neighbor Totoro, Howl's Moving Castle, and Spirited Away for my niece and nephew. Have heard Kiki's Delivery Service is good too.

My kids 5 and 2.5 like a lot of the older ones more than some of the more universally acclaimed ones.

Robin Hood
101 Dalmatians
Jungle book
Moana
Frozen
Lion king

Probably their favorites to this point.

They aren’t massive fans of Beaty and the beast , little mermaid, alladin yet.

Jungle Book (1967), The Lion King, all the toy storys, and if you break away from animated, Homeward Bound was one of my favorites as a kid.

A couple I didn't recommend earlier -

Road to El Dorado
Atlantis
Prince of Egypt - Still has one of the best soundtracks, IMO. I watched it a couple months back and it really hit me, even for someone who isn't very all that big into Christianity. It's a great film for kids if you want to raise them with Christian like. If not, then ignore that recommendation
