Love when the O pumpers mention him along the likes of Bill. Bill was long considered a defensive mastermind, he also took the Browns to the playoffs. The notion that he was a total failure in his first stint as a HC is false. O on the other hand was a colossal failure in the only program he was put in charge of. That cannot be argued off to the propaganda machine to spin that though. You're truly awful

He had a winning season and playoff appearance for a franchise in chaos. He had 2 runs as a dominant DC and at least 3 NFL franchises wanted to hire him so no, I would not be have pissed because I can do analysis and understand everyone’s circumstances are different.

He bungled his most important hire costing the university millions of dollars. His staff is most his buddies most of whom could not get the same position at other major colleges. The OL coach may be the exception. He’s known as a great recruiter yet failed to close his top player at a huge position of need. Because he left a spot for a QB that all reports indicate was not coming to LSU he let a top 100 CB who reportedly wanted to commit to LSU go to Clemson which leaves him with zero CBS in the class and only 4 on the roster with 1 of those being questionable to play next year.
