And that is the issue. If that is the metric and expectations of those above Alleva, and including Alleva, there will not be a change.

Merchandising and donation revenue are trailing indicators.

Hence, necessarily, if that is the sole metric we will be behind the curve by the time alarms go off; not to mention action taken.

The product and revenue have a direct correlation. Hence the product needs to have some metrics and QC.
