I've eaten basically tail to snout of all kinds of land animals, organ and odd cuts don't bother me really all cooked and prepared pretty normally. I mean fried squirrel brains, ox tail soup, liver and onions, Chitlins, etc I'll eat all day long. I lover lesser cuts of venison, beef, etc. Raw food, raw eggs, etc. are no issue at all.

I went to Paris when I was 18 with my family and I think I ate some type of squirrel or rodent fish. The word the lady used I looked up in my dictionary and it was mouse and she made a gesture like a mouse running down the table, but I may have mis heard her or she was trying to say something similar as I had to use an actual book translator and didn't speak a lick of French. That was good food too, some kind of stew.

I can't get over incredibly fishy fish and some badly fermented stuff though.

I love seafood and stuff like squid ink pasta in Italy that tastes pretty normal is great. But when you get the nasty fishy fish or what not, I can't seem to make myself even stomach it. That certain flavor is just not something I can ever stomach.
