This, i gave up 15ish K, to take the job i have now. less pay, but i'm home by 7am(work 2 1/2 hours, paid for 8), 2 days a week, and get 17 weeks off, paid a year(every 3rd year i get 18 weeks off).
Also, work 5 days a week, and NO Weekends.
And i have ZERO regrets
