That’s exactly why he’s doing it. It’s about him. He’ll hem and haw about it’s to respect the military, but even soldiers here are saying it’ll be a buncha work and they don’t want to do it.

Yeah, lets not kid ourselves that the troops want to do this. They haven't just returned from storming the beaches of Iwo Jima and that there are going to be thousands of hot chicks waiting to blow them. This is about his ego, and Trump seems to admire some things ruthless dictators have done to boost their ego.
