Hang out in Lahaina, check out the art dealers on front street, it's the third largest collection of fine art for sale in the world besides paris and new york. Eat at Paia fish market on front street, get the big obama (best fish sandwich i had in hawaii, it's not on the menu). Lahaina grill is I believe the top rated restaurant out of all the hawaii islands and maybe top 100 in the US if you want fine dining. Go to Kimo's for Hula pie, best desert on the island. It's a sister restaurant to Duke's.
