Is there any doubt that the future threat who wipes everyone out is David?
This episode was extremely solid. I liked the clarification about Lenny. I wasn't thinking it was actually Lenny in with the Shadow King but a manifestation of her who the Shadow King used to trick David. Now knowing it's really her, it will be interesting to see how they get her out and what happens once she's back in the physical world. Can't wait for Tuesday nights, this show is the best on television.

I love this show but it sounds like the ratings aren't doing well. The season 2 premier was the lowest Live + Same Day ratings for the series LINK /
FX releases the Live +3 days ratings and it usually gets a boost there. So if you watch it on a platform that you pay for, try to watch it within 3 days.

Finally knowing who lenny is is very satisfying for some reason. Also, I hope they get to work her more into the show as Aubrey Plaza is killing it

Legion doesnt run on Hulu for whatever reason until the season is over with.
I don't think ratings mean much about this show. It started out only going to be a one-shot mini-series and the artistic take they took on it ended up getting more ratings in S1 than they expected so they renewed it.
Also, S1 ratings grew each week, I expect that this season as well.
I hope it keeps going, bc it's leagues ahead of The Gifted in every way. It's actually IMO the best new show on TV right now.

This is not the type of show you want to see continue indefinitely. The ability to sustain this level of quality in a genre show this crazy would be very difficult. I would like to see one maybe two more seasons then wrap it up. There’s a fine line between good crazy and bad crazy and I would bever want to see Legion devolve into schlock just to keep it on the air. Hopefully the writers have an endgame in mind and a plan to get there. In the meantime, I’ll be enjoying the ride.

I agree and one thing I really like about British TV shows is that they never drag them out well after they should have ended. To me most American shows drag out way too long. Mad Men, IMO is a prime example.
This show is as close to doing psychedelics as any film or show I've ever seen. It makes Fear and Loathing look like the Teapot Ride at Disneyland.
