all depends if you need the money, if you dont need the money its easy to value free time more then income.
also depends on what the job is, there are jobs that pay well but not enough for me to want to do them unless im desperate for cash

currently planning to turn in my 30 day notice at my current job which paid me almost 20k more than my last job. I get home late monday - thursday and always bring work home. i spend my friday afternoons and weekends trying to catch up on work. The work is never ending and I have 3 kids 5 and under. Time is more valuable right now.
