Further embracing progressivism seems like a losing strategy.

Right now, why would 2020 go any different if one assumes Kamala/Warren or their ilk are the nominee?

Nada.

It's like they refuse to address it.

They inexplicably had a Kennedy embarrass himself on live TV from a blue collar auto garage lecturing us on white priveledge and transgender bullying. Hell of an effort.

They voted against the tax cut. No one wants more money and the dems used their knowledge and awareness individual American economics to their full advantage.

Later this year they can all run on "we tried to keep more of your money but the demented GOP wouldn't allow it."

Winning strategy.

Well, they almost won the Rust Belt with the most hated candidate in history. Odds are that Harris/Booker will be less hated than Hillary (even if only marginally so) and will drive higher turnout.

Elected Dems? Not a whole lot.

There are a lot of Dem candidates runnig this year that are more in touch with that core group though.

Democrat's are no longer married to the working class. They have prematurely determined her dead and have moved on to another bride

They think that explaining white privilege to manufacturing workers who've lost their job is a winning tactic. They want the rust belt to know that other groups have it worse. Just look at bandaids, the whites can go to the store and get bandaids that match their skin tone and the blacks can't.

There's no magic wand to bring those jobs back, but we can at least pressure companies to introduce black bandaids.

Sounds like a good strategy to me. I hope they continue to embrace it.

They don’t need the rust belt. They only need to flip Tejas.

Why do you think they are for amnesty and against a wall?
