I would personally say a lot more down than that. It’s not a house. BUT, more power to anyone that does it by whatever means they want. I won’t hate them for it.

I agree thats minimum. When shopping around this year I considered going big again for about 5 minutes. After I came back to reallity having cash in hand and owning the rig I found outright felt so damn good.
