Um, yes, pretty much. The one person who had the ability to leave no debate on arguably the biggest human rights question of all time made no positive pronouncement on it's being immoral. It's much more accurate to say that he implicitly (and at times bordering on explicitly) supported its existence.

Well the Bible said a man shall not lie with another man, so using your line of thinking, it's ok for chicks to eat pussy because it's not explicitly stated that they can't.
