Look, it sucks Boogie is out. But keeping AG/DD is a slow suicide.
Playoffs or bust. This year. If they were worth keeping, they could still make it work losing one player. As it stands, AD and Boogie would probably have netted the 6/7/8 spot. That's still unacceptable. Monty got the 8th seed and was still fired for it.
The team needs a real GM. Dell isn't it.

I agree, but the optics of firing another coach after making the playoffs is really bad. I'm not saying keeping them is a good decision, just hard to justify firing another coach after making the playoffs again.
