Old BR Pizza place on Government

This is going back a ways....I remember as a kid (think mid 1970's) a pizza restaurant on Government St where an older guy working the counter would "insult" the customers as a sort of "comedy act". It was absolute gold and it wasn't uncommon for him to have the entire building laughing- especially when someone unfamiliar with his routine would walk in.

Anyone remember the place and the "grumpy" guy behind the counter?

Was it in the strip mall where Radio Bar is now?
