So he lost the lawsuit and there are people who are living in homes that are now-literally-legally proven to be built on other people's property. Then it comes out that he hasn't delivered on a single amenity (library, etc) promised as a part of the development. Now it comes out that he had to sell out because his lender was so rickety they couldn't even stay afloat in a great economy.

Dude's got a pretty amazing track record.
