I think the margin is very thin on which way the staff will/should go if both are an option..

While the majority on here seem to be tending towards taking Goodrich and waiting for a QB in 2019, I think I agree with you.

I don't have high confidence on any of the QBs on our board actually signing here in 2019, so we should take anyone with a resume like Fosters and smile.

It shouldn't scare anyone off in 2019 and we are definitely much closer to being screwed at the QB position than CB. One transfer after this season and 1 injury in 2020 and we're starting a walk-on or someone who isn't currently on the roster.

That being said, I kind of get the feeling that it won't be a "problem." Foster will probably sign elsewhere.
