Haha he doesn't know it, but he just doesn't want to be fat is all he is saying. Are you fat? If not STFU with all that feeling's bullshite. If you are far, well do rapid fatloss with me again, cause I'm fat as hell right now and could use the support

I'm too lazy to count and track my calories. I suck at it anyways.

I'm not "fat." I'm around 230 now and about 18-20% bf. However, I feel so F'in fat cause I jiggle a little bit on stairs lol

My dang 34 chinos don't fit in the legs or arse but do in the waist. I can't hide a boner anymore. #squatislife

Do you suggest doing the standard routine or the MEGA training?

start with the standard. then move to the 3 day split. I would honestly save the MEGA programs for bulking or at least eating at maintenance.

So say 4-6 weeks on standard then move to 3 day split?

Once again thanks for the advice. I've been with a personal trainer for the last 2 years and have gotten some good results with the guy but the last 6 months I haven't really seen any improvement so looking for something different and maybe save a few $$$$ in the process.

well once you start plateauing on strength, move to the 3 days split. Might be 6 weeks or 6 months. the 3 day split is going to be less taxing than a A/B split. Could also just do the A/B program but do each workout once a week and do 3 days of some type of cardio( i suggest the greyskull conditioning exercises I have on my google drive.)

So do you just suggest the greyscull program instead of Greek God?

Depends on the situation but in general yes. I look at the Greek god as more of a physique program. I look at greyskull as a complete training method that is setup around a set of principles, similar to 531.

Both are very good, although I think great good is better if adding squats and deads. Greek God is honestly a program for those who do not like to workout. Greyskull is the opposite. Greek god also gives you the calories and macro break outs, which is great for many.
