There have been at least five major ice ages in the Earth's history (the Huronian, Cryogenian, Andean-Saharan, Karoo Ice Age, and the current Quaternary glaciation).

There have been at least 5 times in earth history when the earth warmed up and glaciers receded. Who do the 'global warming" people blame for those incidents?
Many believe that global warming (if currently true) happens naturally without any help from man.

So far this winter Charleston SC has received more snow than Taos Ski Valley in the Rocky Mountains, I would say that’s a pretty good indicator that something strange is going on.

Natural cycles that take thousands of years.

Right. It is the convenient belief. But there is a very massive warming trend that just so happens to correspond with man's industrialization.
It is impossible to 100% prove causation, but an objective person can come to pretty definitive conclusions based off all the data that we currently understand.
Could we discover other mechanisms at work later on? Absolutely. And scientists all over the world are currently trying to find other links.
The best advice I can give anyone on climate change is to ignore the media and politicians who use it as a means of control and power through fear mongering, and go directly to the sources of the studies and read the conclusions for yourself.
Don't just read through the lens of whatever political mouthpiece you agree with.
