That makes sense, but the water temp coming out the cold is warmer than just well insulted.

I can run the taps for hours on August and it wouldn't be this warm.

I'll just chalk it up to an anomaly and hope it warms up enough tomorrow to fix itself.

Had the same issue yesterday. Go outside and run your outside faucets where you connect the hoses to. Make sure you have your faucets open inside. Let me know if it works. We have a tankless water heater too fwiw

Trust me it is. It just feels warmer/hotter right now because your skin is getting accumulated to the colder temperatures. Go outside for a couple minutes, then walk inside and open the frig door. Everything in there will feel slightly cool as if the frig is not working. Same principal with the water coming out the faucet inside the house.
