Hypothetical situation/question for kengel2:
Player A (in a red-and-black shirt) and Player N1 (in a white shirt) are playing a long-ball coming toward them. Player N2 (also in a white shirt) is standing close at hand.
As Player A goes up to play the ball, Player N1 undercuts him and Player A begins to flip. As Player A goes topsy-turvy, his boot comes up and kicks player N2 in the face.
Player N2's face is bloodied and has to leave the game. NO FOUL was called on Player N1 for his undercutting of Player A.
Is Player A issued a red card for a high boot to Player N2's face?
I will assume that your answer will be "yes" since your rationale above is a foul is a foul is a foul, it doesn't matter if it was intentional or accidental.
