I've never grilled them hot, but I have smoked them like ribs, just not as long.

I used to get these often since they were always on sale and super cheap.

The meat is pretty fatty, but I love it. I've always just grilled them. Good with about any seasoning or bbq.

May have to get some again soon. They heat up decently well too since they have so much fat.
