While the above is true, if you hire one of the 5-10, those in favor of the other's will say "you lied". Each and every coach has to go with who he thinks is best and live or die with that decision. Hell, it could be argued that Saban, with one notable exception, hasn't ever hired the best OC at Bama. The best partnerships are not necessarily built on combined talent, but who works best together and compliment each other. To many egos involved to be other wise.
