Here are his average number of plays, total yards, and yards per play at his previous stops.
Northern Illinois:
2003: 71.5 378.9 5.3
2011 71.6 476.0 6.6

Indiana:
2007 70.8 393.8 5.6
2008 66.9 348.2 5.2
2009 67.4 365.0 5.4
2010 71.8 387.5 5.4

Wisconsin:

NC State:

He also averaged 35 or 40 points per game.

Yey, he did well in shitty conferences, and somehow still got fired from mid-major NC State.

I see one good season, his second at Northern Illinois. The rest look like what we've seen for years here
