At least that doesn't go to the athletic department. And I certainly won't pick up the phone and call my legislator and to ask them to protect LSU's funding from cuts like i have done in the past.

Yup. A serious purge needs to happen to drag the program up from the depths of mediocrity and complacency. If going through this dark time is necessary for that to happen than so be it.
