Ensminger is a tight ends coach and good recruiter, nothing more. Co-OC!!?? That is preposterous!!! What the hell would be his true role? Why the hell would I want him bossing Gilbert?

I don’t want Steve—I want Gilbert. But Steve has been an OC for a lot longer than Gilbert has. It’s just been 20 years.

Ohio State had the OL coach as the co-oc and it worked out. This can't be any worse. As long as they have clearly defined roles and know who's the head coordinator it'll work. One person has to have the final say.
