This turnaround is nothing short of amazing. Can’t lose this guy. Give him whatever the hell he wants.

I believe facility upgrades were some things he wanted. What would it take to make LSU a destination job?

Isn’t the weakness of his contract he has no buyout to leave?

Absolutely. Make this a Billy Donovan situation where if he leaves, it’s for an NBA job with two elite players.

Lets hold off a bit. I mean, he's only halfway to Jones's SEC win total last season

This was a strong win. But, he hasn't come close to proving himself. One SEC win isn't enough, but I'm glad we won.

I would have absolutely no issue with LSU going all in on basketball and being an annual powerhouse like Duke and Kentucky, with football just being a secondary sport with Outback Bowl type appearances to make the raw raw yaw yaw t-shirt LSU fans constantly living in mediocrity.

Pretty sure his contract says he has to pay full buyout if he leaves or something like that. Maybe it was full remaining salary.

Wade signed a 6 year deal for $15 mil.

Just checked and basically the remainder of his contract is paid by him if he leaves and us if we got rid of him.

Correct. If he leaves early on his own accord he pays the remainder of the contract balance to LSU. If LSU fires him before the contract is up they pay him the remaining balance. Alleva actually nailed that contract negotiation. Go figure

Not enough.

Don’t know what it is, but it’s not enough.

If ou watched LSU basketball the past decade and pay attention to LSU basketball recruiting, Wade is absolutely proving himself.

For sidewalk fans that happened to see the game today i see what your saying though.
