He has known since November they were letting him go, I mean did they really trust him to keep recruiting? If my company tells me they are going to let me go at the end of the month, do they really think I'm gonna give it 100% afterwards?

I believe the real issue was he was doing half arse recruiting or none at all...not very professional at all
