What Kiffin ran at Bama (Power Spread) was pretty effective. It’s also what Meyer ran at UF and Malzhon has adjusted his at Auburn to have success. The key for Malzhon is he was running to much tempo, so once he started realizing how to control the tempo he was able to throw off opposing D’s and keep his D as rested as they needed.
