E to OC side effect (recruiting)

You'd also lose a big grunt worker, who has helped turn around North LA recruiting. Not an efficient allocation of staff, whatsoever.

Position coaches are more likely and able to time wise to get down and do the grunt work.

Why the hell would you lose him in recruiting? WTF are you talking about? He doesn't need to be an offensive coordinator but this thread makes zero sense.

Actually, it does. There are multiple aspects to recruiting, and OC responsibility would hamper a lot of his time. Ensminger really does a lot of the recruiting grunt work, apparently.
