LA Rev. Stat. Ann. 14.102: Aggravated Animal Cruelty is when one tortures, maims, or mutilates, tampers with livestock, or causes or procures another to do such. This carries a fine of $5000 to $25,000 and/or imprisoned for 1 to 10 years. Exemptions are made for lawful hunting and trapping, herding of domestic animals, veterinary practice, scientific and medical research.
Let's hope he's caught and given 10 years for each animal.
What makes me incredibly sad is that most the douche bags pissing their pants over dead cats think nothing of the legal practice of ripping a living human fetus to pieces to extract it from its mother so she wont be inconvenienced for the next 18 years.

Well, I can’t speak for others but I happen to be strongly against both mutilating cats and fetuses. I can’t help but think that many cat lovers feel the same way I do. So, to say that “most” of us cat lovers aren’t against abortion is probably not true at all.

I'm sorry, did you just compare the mindset of a woman deciding whether or not to have an abortion with that of an individual who tortures, kills, and mutilates a small animal?

Well with liberal idiots, yes. But I think that the scum doing this is complete scumbag that needs to have a hearty beating administered.
And I am against all abortion. These counts need to keep their legs closed and quit absorbing as much cum as they can. Learn to swallow, instead.
