This is not as bad as your OP made it sound though. Hopefully the states won't do anything, which I suspect will be the case.

That's putting a lot of faith in the us attorneys. Why rescind it if no one wants to use that power?

This Great Lakes cat has had it out for sessions ever since he was appointed, primarily because of sessions views on marijuana.

If what YOU posted is the actual truth, Great Lakes is once again engaging in hyperbole to try and smear sessions.

So the States would decide the level of DEA involvement? How would that work from a budgeting perspective?
