Stephens Disaster Management Institute at LSU’s namesake, nevermind Tom Bernhard...they both laugh their asses off at you saying that they dont have megabucks and don’t spend on athletics.

First of all, his name is Jim Bernhard and he's worth about the same as most big time boosters donate in one time gifts so
