I don't agree with it either but I am not going to say they don't deserve the same right to hunt as anyone else. I surely don't believe social media posts are a reason for a lack of ducks. If the instahunter didn't kill those birds someone else would be. You have to pay to play or put in work on some public land.

I think a lot of it has to do with decreased rice acreage.
A few decades ago rice was common all along the Texas gulf coast. Nowadays hardly anyone farms rice anymore. Mostly corn, cotton and milo.
