Why do yall care so much what someone does with the ducks they kill? As long as they are legal, I could care less if they eat them or just take a pic and dump them responsibly. A dead duck is a dead duck.

There are laws against "dumping them responsibly". Nice ethics by posting that though.

Probably just a troll but I'll bite.
This sentiment is a real thing. I hunted with a group of guys out of Venice a few years ago. I was invited and joined them on day 3 or 4 of a week long trip. After, the morning hunt we take the pictures of a 6 man limit and I see one of the guys throw the ducks in a recycing bin. I'm all about cleaning ducks later after a nap or even the next day if its cold. However, after the next morning hunt the same thing happens. Pictures then birds in a bin. That evening I go out to get the process started of cleaning the birds and one of the guys says man we're gonna have to dump those birds. I told the guy nah they're still good it was cold last night. When I look into the bin it's 5 days worth of ducks. I couldn't believe that shite. They were just gonna throw away a ton of birds... We did a bunch of smell checking, and I haven't really been invited back.
I find it morally wrong to kill something and not truly attempt to eat it. Shoot a bird that falls in the weeds, I'm going try to find it.

This is the worst post in the thread. If you don’t eat them, clean and give to someone who does or the food bank. I have many friends whose eyes light up when I give them ducks, fish, deer, fresh vegetables etc...because they have no access to them.
