but is it really a question of maturity? the lack of trust would kill it for me. But lack of trust will kill any relationship IMO.

Yea. I've been on both sides of the fence. When your indiscretions were during a fricked up time in your life and meaningless in the big picture, you can be self-aware enough to accept the same if she has done it as well.
There's no black/white answer with so many variables in play.
