There are literally places that do this for nearly every profession you can name if not every last one.

Law firms for one.

We have quite a few Of Counsel attorneys who work part time and/or at home because they have kids.

They don't get paid as an Equity or Non-Equity partner, but in return they have flexible schedules, work when they want, and in some cases work from home most if not all the time.

We have a few paralegals that do this as well.
