Here's a list of their top 10. I would just do some research.
I have been to one on this list, the Zoetry Agua in the DR. At the time it was much more a boutique hotel with only 50 rooms. The views were great and the food was the best I've ever had at an all inclusive. It was truly pretty gourmet food at the time.
They have expanded since then so I can't comment. Get a 2nd floor beach front bungalow if you can.
