yes and LC Is one of the few areas of the state that isn't built on a pure bubble or pure debt

our plants and all the private investment coming in provides a lot of money flowing through our economy that few other areas in the state are enjoying

this current RE bubble will burst in a few years for sure, but it's not going to be like a Lafayette bust or anything (and i still don't know how Lafayette is surviving)
