Now that the Division Champion and the Conference Champion titles mean so little in the calculation for who goes to the playoffs, it's a very good bet. A one loss Bama is going even if some undefeated team has to get bumped to do it. The playoffs love them some Saban. They want his face on TV all during the playoff season. He's the College Football Zeus like there's never been one before this age of digital mass media.

Saban rules college football and the game is set up to put him in the playoffs every year.
