A lot of people don't realize that even though it's not a "bone" it can still break. My wife is a nurse and she gets patients with this problem not infrequently. Most of the time it's from a "girl on top" situation where the girl is treating it like a pogo stick. It slips, and hangs on her inner thigh, and snap goes the snake.

In other words, your wife plays with dicks for a living. You’re getting the worst thing during sex and you don’t even know it.
