One reason that O's only choice is Ensminger

It seems as though Canada is being essentially fired, since they have to pay him the rest of his contract which is 3 million unless he finds another job. How are they going to justify paying for a top notch OC under these conditions? Would Aleva say go ahead and pay out 1.5 million a year on a new one when the last one wasn't to O's liking?

Definitely an issue. The "settlement" with Canada will probably more than likely determine who they can afford... ranging from Ensminger up to a Sark level hire. Not that I'm a big fan of Sark.

Sark is the second best offensive mastermind in college football. Only Kiffin runs a better offense.

Is Dark was good enough for the falcons, then he is good enough for me.

What makes you say this? He’s been a huge downgrade from Shanahan with the Falcons offense. When he called the offense against Clemson he ran the ball on 13 of 29 plays when Bama was up 14-7 and leaned on Hurts’ arm. He had two top 25 offenses at Washington and then a bunch of mediocre ones. USC’s offense was decent with Booty and good with Sanchez, but that’s about it. Wouldn’t say he’s the best in college football outside of Kiffin.
ETA: he ran on 13 of 29 plays, not 39

It’s been a while since he dazzled anyone.
