Why prop up the poor, uneducated, crime oriented and unemployed? All you end up doing is bringing down the property values, increase the crime rate and lower the educational systems in those areas.

They have already done this in Mobile. They took what would have normally been a prime piece of real estate on Airport Blvd in West Mobile and Bought the back half of the lot to build Section 8 housing across from Baker HS.

The apartments literally sit on the road that leads to the HS. Originally the said they were going to build a gate or fence around the property. Of Course the final version did not include that.

Yep. This country would be far better off if tax dollars were spent on keeping people out of the ditch rather than trying to get people out.
