you dont tip ANYONE for doing a job they are already fully paid to do, unless they do something extra like carry your bags to your room or do something that caters to your needs.

you only tip waitresses because they get paid $2 an hour plus tips so tips are HOW they get paid.

waitress = tip

bell boy carrying your bags = tip

bar tender, lawn service, mail man, the guy at subway making your sandwich, movers, a/c repair guy, plumber = dont get tips unless they do something more then their normal job such as work a holiday or work way past normal working hours to take care of what you need

geez, people are getting so ridiculous with tipping they think they have to tip every single person they ever have any sort of paid service interaction with
