Are there any particular beers that you’re not seeing anymore? I’m not sure if you’re looking for something like Sierra Nevada Otra Vez (widely available), or maybe something like Destihl’s Wild Sour series (which I’ve seen at Rouses but not too many other places), or maybe less widely released stuff like from NOLA Funk series. If you could find NOLA Dryades somewhere out there, man they did a great job with that one.

You like Otra Vez? That's the cactus beer, right? I love sours and hated that beer 
. OP where are you located? Sours are available all year long, you just need to know what you're looking for.
Can never go wrong with New Belgium's Lips of Faith series. I tend to see that one at a lot of places and it's pretty solid.
