Govt should stay out of our business as much as possible!
That means they shouldn't pay you to have more kids!
Or
Pay you to buy a house!
Or
Pay you to donate to charity.
Pay on what you earn regardless what you state does! Those two should not be related.

That part is true but the rest of your post is nonsense.
A tax break for doing any of those activities is not the government paying you to do anything.
The Government has no money except what it takes from us.
