GOP senators need to remember they were elected to be a rubber stamp commitee.

From the tax bill, to the Petersen nomination; these jokers just need to stop being a speed bump for Our President.

Obama literally had one election where he was sent to the White House with both houses of congress in his party.
If a country on a presidential election goes in the favor of one party for both the executive and legislative, it's obvious they want the executive's agenda.

We aren't a democracy. Most Americans are incredibly stupid. I'd much rather a government that acts a barrier to the whims of the majority than one that acts as gateway

Trump is a politically weak POTUS. That's why so many Republican Senators have stood up to him and publicly criticized him in 2017. He is weak and ineffectual. He could not even get Luther Strange or Roy Moore elected Senator is a state he carried by 20+ points in 2016. An utterly amazing loser.

Yes I agree.....it was great when the Dems pushed back on Obama on healthcare and all of the regulations.......
Sorry had to try to help but it works both ways. Heck they even had to BUY vote for phone case and didn't even read it. Keep it up facts should never get in the way.

I know that you are trolling (using a slow speed motor to move bait in a manner to entice fish to bite the shiny lure), but I hope that I can give you a response that you don't automatically discount and actually try to look at both sides of an argument and try to understand where the other side is coming from. It's OK if you disagree but just listen to what the other side has to say before going on you next tirade.
Trump and the Republican Congress are not always right. Also the Democrat side of the isle is not always right. So who is? It's up to you to wade through the bullshite and decide for yourself who you believe more. I just ask that in making that decision you visit multiple outlets to get "informative takes" from opposing sources.
Your hooks are too shiny and will not result in the big fish that you are looking to hook.
But back to your original OP. No one should ever have a rubber stamp when it comes to legislation regarding the well being of the USA.
