I sure have! If the big ISPs are violating the Sherman Act, then why do we need a weak, easily reversible regulation from the FCC for net neutrality? Surely you guys can sue under the Sherman Act if there is an actual, real monopoly in place, right? If there is a real monopoly, you should have the offender(s) broken up in no time.

All this bellyaching is merely people getting mad that a service they like might not be provided in exactly the same way (unless, of course, the market forces it). Notice the lack of riots over cable providers who charge more for premium content or cell providers who allot a certain number of minutes, after which surcharges apply. Internet service is the exact same thing (a telecommunication) according to you guys, so why the selective outrage?
