I will say that during pre-game warmups in our game with them in the Dome, the Redskin DB's were warming up on the Washington sideline. Payton walked to their sideline, about at the numbers, leaned over and put his hands on his knees as if he wanted a better look at the Redskins DB's as they warmed up. It didn't hit me until Norman comes over to Payton after his rep and they gave each other the man hug/handshake. So I'd say they still have a good relationship with each other.
