I have a feeling our Christmas party will be lame as frick compared to some of the stuff in this thread, even if it's only 25% true

My current companies parties are pretty lame. We all just go to a steakhouse for dinner, everyone drinks 1 or 2 glasses of wine and we small talk for 2 hours then leave
My old company though, we used to have private parties at resorts with an open bar and then all go on chartered fishing trips the next day, those were awesome
