WVU's Dana Holgorsen a candidate for Arkansas?

As I had mentioned in earlier articles, tis the season for coaching changes. And this time it is hitting a little closer to home.
Pete Thamel of Yahoo Sports as listed WVU’s Dana Holgorsen as a potential candidate at Arkansas. “Washington State’s Mike Leach has a better chance at this job than Tennessee. West Virginia’s Dana Holgorsen has been a popular name here as well.
But some of the direction of this search should be determined as Yurachek finds his sea legs in his first few days on the job.” While this doesn’t exactly seem like a good fit for Holgorsen or Arkansas it makes sense, and here is why. Many were not aware that Holgorsen was a coach of interest for the Houston Cougars last season before, then UH athletic director, Hunter Yurachek hired Major Applewhite. It is unknown how close Holgorsen got in the selection process and he may not have even considered the position. But Houston was interested at one time. So what does that have to do with the Arkansas opening? Monday morning it was announced that Yurachek has been hired as the athletic director at Arkansas. Holgorsen may be behind the likes of Mike Leach from Washington State and Chad Morris from SMU though. You can read Thames’s full article HERE. Stay with WVUWire.com for any developments.

I am frantically searching the internet for Holgorsen's shaggybevo MSpaint portrait. Something about looking a bit rapey

Well that's a misleading title. We're not hiring a drunk

No Arkansas that would be a horrible hire. I hope they don't do that.

Very unlikely
After all the predicting by the Hog fans over the 7-10 days and not a one of them, especially those who say they have "connections", ever mentioned the AD from Houston as a replacement, that's a bold statement by you.

I like this. I think he would do well in Fayetteville.

I was shocked at Gragg deal. I thought it was done after the World and KTUL reports.
I don’t think anyone but the Foundation knows who is interviewing and all these rumors are just bs. The one thing I will say is no offer to Malzahn was made.

No. It’s going to be either Chad Morris(Jerry Jones pushing him hard) Mike Norvell or Lane Kiffin(dark horse but has a very good chance due to relationship with new AD).

Someone in our media mentioned him but he was blinded by the smoke of Gregg shortly after.

I think original Holgo drawings were from way back in like 2010-11 when he was OC at Ok State. I think all of those are deleted
